How to Use and Charge the Ooze Pen Battery?

The Ooze pen such as Ooze Twist Slim Pen 2.0 is a popular type of 510 thread battery typically used with oil vape cartridges, and wax carts/atomizers. 

With a high-capacity, variable voltage settings, and a preheat function, it offers a customizable vaping experience. 

Using and Charging your Ooze pen correctly is essential for optimal performance and battery longevity. 

 If you are new to vaping you may feel overwhelmed by how to use and charge your ooze pen battery! This guide will walk you through using and charging it.

How to Use the Ooze Pen Battery?

The ooze pen battery is fairy easy to use through simple one-button operation mechanism and Universal 510 thread connection. Here is the step-by-step guide on how to use the Ooze Pen:

Step 1： Screw on your pre-filled oil cartridge via the 510 thread. 

Screw it in snugly but not too tight because overtightening will press on the connection plate too hard and damage it.

Step 2：  Press the power button 5 Times quickly to turn on the device.

The LED indicator ring around the button will blink three times to confirm that the battery has been turned on.

Step 3： If needed, Press the button two times quickly to activate the pre-heat mode - usually lasts 15 seconds.  Once to deactivate. This warms up thick oil for smoother hits.

Step 4：  Choose your voltage/temperature setting using the dial at the bottom. 

If your ooze pen doesn't have the dial, you can press the button 3 times in quick succession to  change the voltage level.

Start low (around 2V) and increase gradually if needed.

Step 5：Press and Hold the Button while you take your draw from the mouthpiece. Release the button when done.

Step 6: After you arer done,   Press the power button 5 Times quickly to turn off the device.

If you forget, don't worry. Your ooze pen battery will turn off after ten minutes of inactivity to preserve battery life. 

Note: Some Ooze pens also support draw-activated mode. In this case, Once your ooze pen is power on, you can hit it without pressing the button. 

How to Charge the Ooze Pen battery?

Ooze pens come in various models, but they usually offers two charging options at the same time, a good old screw-on 510 USB charger and modern USB Type-C charging. 

Here's a comprehensive guide to help you charge your device safely and effectively:

1. Charging the Ooze Pen through screw-on 510 USB charger:

Screw the ooze pen into the USB charger (usually included) via 510 thread.

Plug the other end into a computer USB-A port or a 5V wall adapter.

The light on the charger will be red while charging and green when fully charged.

Always use the charger provided with your Ooze pen to prevent potential damage.

Do NOT overcharge – unplug once fully charged to preserve battery life.

2. Charging the Ooze Pen through USB-C:

Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the ooze pen.

Plug the other end into a USB port or compatible wall adapter.

The device's LED indicator will display the charging status.

Once fully charged, the LED indicator will signal completion.
