How to Use the LOOKAH Whale Electric Nectar Collector?

Using the LOOKAH Whale is very simple, which is one of the reasons why it’s so popular. Just follow these easy steps.

Step 1: Press the power button five times quickly to turn the LOOKAH Whale on.

Step 2: Press the power button two times quickly to cycle through the temperature settings.

It has three voltage settings that you can choose from, each is indicated by the correspondin color of the LED light:

Mode 1:  Green – Low  –  3.2V
Mode 2: Blue – Medium  –  3.6V
Mode 3: White – High –  4.0V

Step 3: Take off the magnetic tip cover from the see-through quartz tip and heat it up for 20s by pressing and holding the power button. 

Step 3.5: Alternatively, use the session mode by pressing the power button three times. This auto mode preheats the tip for 15 seconds and maintains the temperature for 25 seconds that you can enjoy without holding the button down.

Step 4: When the quartz tip is hot enough, dip it into your wax container and inhale vapor from the mouthpiece. 

With this quartz coil style, it is ideal to come in contact with wax at a 45-degree angle for best results.

Step 5: When you are done, Press the power button five times quickly to turn off the LOOKAH Whale device. 

How to Clean the LOOKAH Whale Electric Nectar Collector?

After each session, you can Run a quick heat cycle to burn off any leftover residue in the quartz heating tip. The better way would be using a q-tip dipped in isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe it to make sure it's clean. 

For a deeper clean, quartz heating tip can be removed and soaked in a rubbing alcohol for up to 30 minutes,  rinse with running water and let it air dry before reassembling.

For the vapor path and mouthpiece. You can also dip the cotton swab in some iso alcohol and wipe down it.

A: If the light flashes yellow 5 times, it indicates an open circuit. 
Please check the thread of the device and the cartridge to ensure they are clean and have a good connection. If the fault remains, try a different 510 cart.
